Pours light straw in color with light honey, light corn and soft floral notes from the German Noble hops. Flavor has moderate floral bitterness with notes of corn and light notes of honey. Light bodied and thirst quenching, this is one of our lightest offerings.

Rated in 2011. Poured up on tap at Cigar City Brewing Tap room with deep gold body and white head. The aroma is sugary sweet malts, fresh grainy malts and sharper lemon like citrus notes. The taste is a mix of honey sweetness, grainy fresh malts and then those notes are cut by firm spicy and floral hops. It ends dry with the help of increasingly bitter hops into the finish. Damn fine crisp fresh summer brew.

A golden colored beer with a big frothy textured, white head. There's some hang time. It settles eventually into a medium ringlet. A light grassy, citric nose that is more pronounced in the tasting and balanced by the sweetness of honey. Effervescent and crisp.
