Poured up on tap at the Cajun Cafe stop of the rbwg2015 brewery bus tour where it exhibits a nice deep dark body that supports a full nearly tight mocha colored head of foam. The aroma offers up chocolate, brownie, sweet molasses and chocolatey caramel malts. The taste delivers loads of chocolate and chocolate brownie drizzled with molasses. Yes. Love the chocolate here. I also get a mild tartness or tannin thing going on in the background. Still, lovely flavors going on here.

This has potential based on the density and strength, but I think they missed a little on the flavor here. Super sweet for a porter, and doesn't seem to be balanced with enough hops. Quite complex with a lot going on, which is typical with these limited or one-time releases. Good beer...just not something that I would look for in the future for the price.
