Rated in Dec. 2008. Pours hazy gold with straw highlights and white head. The aroma is hay, wet hay, yeastiness, grapes, apricots and dewy meadow. Yum. The taste is much the same with some malts moving to hay along with fruitiness from grapes, pears and then fruity tartness. In the background I get mild yet chewy discarded athletic socks. It ends pretty dry and very refreshing. I would sure like to get another try at this.
