Rated in Oct. 2010. On tap at CCB pouring up copper with a little bit of haze and thin white head. It has sort of a winter spicy fruity aroma with apples, peaches, watermelon and strawberries mixing with various farmhouse yeasty spice notes. Lots of sweet fruitiness in the nose here. The taste is fruity and mildly tart with sort of apricot, peach fruit tart candy. It offers up a refreshingly dry finish with lingering fuzzy peach skin, mild tartness and a tannin like sensation lingering off into the after taste.
