Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
Rated in June 2011. Poured up on tap at Cigar City with hazy copper body and white head. The aroma is fruitiness mixing with vinegar and body odor like tartness, faint moldy fruit sourness, tiny oasis of sweeter fruit (apple) and oak that comes across rather soft as compared to the harsher tart notes. The taste is similar with sort of a SeaBass-y tarty sourness that goes from unripe fruit lightly coated with nail polish remover, vinegar, thin veins of runny rotting citrus and then rolling toward modest fruity sweetness, sugar dissolved in vinegar and a sense of wood. Hmmm.
