Big, black, bold and beautiful. This is a strong stout brewed with a generous helping of flaked oats. It is lightly carbonated and nitrogen propelled through a fancy spout that strips the gas from a solution, leaving a creamy head.

Pretty much black. The head doesn’t last as long as some of the others. The aroma is ashy like that one batch of Peche Mortel, but this lacks the complexity and body to make up for the ash. The flavor is thin and unimpressive.
