Sampled from bottle. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head and remarkable lacing. Assume the haze is from the spelt. Medium-bodied, low FG. Very drinkable. Spicy yeast character dominates the aroma. The flavor is balanced between the yeast spiciness and the unique malt bill - no single flavor stealing the show. Very good saison.
