The Citra IPA has a medium to high hop flavour and reflects an American hop character with citrusy, floral, and fruity aspects. The malt backbone supports the strong hop character and provides balance. The malt flavour is clean and malty sweet with some caramel and toasty flavours.

On Tap at Gig’s: taps a reddish amber color, lightly hazed, 2 finger off white cap, medium carbonation. Aroma has the signature citrus notes from the citra hops, a bit of earthiness, sweet maltose notes, some fruit. Solid body, slick mouth feel, rounded character. Flavor profile starts with a big chew on caramalts which have good balance from the citrusy bitter hops, fruity tones, some white pepper notes, long increasingly bitter finish with a clean conclusion. A nice twist on the IPA style and a solid offering
