This Belgian Quad was aged for 19 months in a Select Buffalo Trace barrel and then aged on caramalized dates and golden raisins. As we taste through many different barrels, there are a few that really stick out, and this one is that. Released as our 2022 Barrel Society #6

Pours translucent chocolate with a minimum buff head. Aroma yields bourbon, toasted malt, dark fruit and sweet notes. Flavor delivers bourbon, brown sugar, raisins, dates, toasty malt. Texture furnishes nice body & lively fizz. Trace a bottle down whilst you can!
