Once the Barrel Aged Pumpkin Pie Porter came out of the Buffalo Trace Barrel, we filled it right back up with a stellar Belgian Quad. This big Belgian ale aged for 6 months in this barrel. Flavor is less on the bourbon side, but heavy on vanilla and caramel and lots of rich Belgian notes and a great wood finish.

Comes out of tap clear mahogany with thin buff head. Malty aroma has strong caramel and fruity notes. Flavor smacks the palate with bourbon-soaked wood, while malty and fruity notes provide support. Texture has average thickness but lively and strong fizz. Let it hit you like a MARTA bus!
