The Vache Folle Summit Double India Pale Ale reveals another great hop from the western United States. The American hop Summit will bring you to new heights with a certain degree of bitterness and intense flavours of grapefruit. Pleasant discovery!

Pours a clean amber colour with a beige creamy-bubbly head and some very nice lacing. Aromas of mild grass with some citrus (grapefruits, oranges) and some cereal grain base with hints of caramel. Pretty much that for the taste with some decent bitterness in the finish, caramel and grain lingering. I do like this hop here, as it gives some sharp bitterness with a nice balanced of citrus and grass, all in an Impy IPA. This is well-brewed and goes down nicely.
