Bottle I've had for a while. Pours an amber colour, hazed by tiny particles. The head is warm, good lasting with foamy lacing. Aromas of nice hops at first, giving way to fruity, cereal and caramel malts. The taste is a little sweet with the malts, but the hops come back to balance things up with grass notes, bitterness and a dry finish. Good fruitiness lingers. Says hops from Alsace. I don't mind these hops.
