Cloudy, amber, with a thick head. Explosion of citrus aromas. Well-balanced between its wheat acidity and sweetness.

Red amber, foamy at first but disappear quickly leaves little lacing...Sweet ripe fruits aroma, ripe orange, candy like;strong yeasty flavor coming along the ripe fruits and the persistent alcohol flavor definitely complex and must be made by the best "artisanal"brewery in Canada...

Bought at the Dépanneur À-Tout-Prix in Laval, Quebec. Pours a dark copper-amber colour with a big off-white creamy head. Retention is great and patchy lacing is left. Average carbonation made of tiny bubbles. Oh wow ! Amazing aroma, with some spices like pepper and coriander, fruits like oranges and apples, and some Belgian yeast. Slightly creamy mouthfeel and slightly watery which makes this brew quite refreshing. The taste has everything found in the nose. Good spices and fruits mixed well together. I really enjoyed this brew, as it is well-balanced between a session brew and Belgian ale. Highly recommended.

Kinda neat looking label. Pours a clouded soft amber, decent nead. Carbonation a little weak but not enough to complain. Nose is distinctly filled with coriander. Very one-dimensional, this beer seems to rely solely on the coriander for its aroma and taste. However mouthfeel is nice. Unfortunately this beer doesn't front much, coriander aside, and offers little experience. A taste that becomes rather numbing quickly. That said though, it was a smooth beer and rather quaffable. All in all I enjoyed it.

Bottle: Poured a yellowish amber color beer with a super huge bubbly head that transformed itself into a real thick foamy head with excellent retention. Aroma of Belgian yeast is striking at first but marries well with the spice mix that includes coriander. Taste is very enjoyable with some nice malt mix with some coriander and Belgian yeast. Very good example of the style and another great beer from this small regional brewery.

dark red-amber colour, few foam and no lacing, fresh aroma of grapefruit and celery, thick with some sourness, aftertaste of boiled vegetables - very dubious
