We are really excited to feature our new Hoptimistic IPA!!! This is a very hoppy IPA with lots of complexity and wonderful hops flavors. We will be retailing this beer at many of the stores that have the Half Wit and the Tornado Alley. Look for this great hoppy beer at all of our retail outlets and at The Stables on tap! Yum!

    Great name. Another from PfoxyJohn. Light amber gold pour, ample head and lacing. Pleasant fresh hopped aroma and taste, tropical, citrus, floral, earthy, nice offset of malts. Very nice bitter linger. Nice IPA - thank you John.

    Another thanks to Pfoxyjohn for the bounty he has returned with. We shall mark this time of year with feasts and celebrations of Thanksgiving! Seriously though...the beer is hoppy as hell but the aroma is weird, can't explain it but it wasn't awesome. Flavor was the shit though.

    Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. Very nice, bold aroma of citrus, pine and floral. Deep amber with ample head. Nice lacing. Bold complex flavors that match aromas. Very good.
