750 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Northmaen glass an unfiltered and hazy copper-orange coloured IPA with a generous two fingers beige, fine, dense and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild aromatic hops, solid malty, notes of caramel, fruity, oranges and a barnyard touch. The flavour is solid malty, toffee, spicy, orange and apples peels and a peppery touch, fruity, grapefruits, oranges, herbal notes, deep hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is quite thick, smooth and bitter. The texture is watery. This medium to full bodied IPA has a long and deep hoppy finish. The last creation of Leo, the brewer, is a well balanced and flavoured IPA with an obvoiusly country touch. Well done, Leo !
