Today we're proud to release "Sikaru - Ancient Grains Organic Ale" made with organic Amaranth, Einkorn, Emmer, Kamut, Millet, Red Fife, and Spelt from Chilliwack's own Anita's Organic Mill Store, organic malted barley from Great Western Malting, and hops from Chilliwack Hop Farms. We're very excited to continue our commitment to locally sourced ingredients, and our support of locally owned small businesses. Come try Sikaru this week, available only in our Tasting Room!
