Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6
330 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original L'Eurélienne snifter an unfiltered hazy pale amber coloured Witbier with a short one finger slight beige foamy head that had a poor retention and some micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is faint wheaty malts, fruity, grainy apples, grainy pears. The flavour is grainy wheaty malts, spicy, cloves and sour fruits, apples and citrus. The mouthfeel is sparkling and a bit acid. This light bodied Witbier has a dry fruity finish. An averaging Witbier from a tiny farm-brewery located in the main french cereals area, la Beauce.
