    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 3 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original L'Eurélienne Seidel a light gushing and unfiltered opaque Spiced Ale with a generous four fingers slight beige soapy foamy head that hat a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, herbal notes, floral hops and a heavy and unpleasant sourish / aciditic presence. The flavour is grainy malts, fresh herbs like heather, leafy, floral and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, grainy and quite thick.Thislight to medium bodied Spiced Ale has a dry bitter finish. In spite of a disastrous nose, this ale is easy drinkable and needs a further review.
