Bottle: Filtered Ingredients: Pale, Caramel, and Chocolate malt; Sugar; Colour -E150C; Hops. Launched in 2003. "Super Bock Stout is a black beer, produced from special malts which give it a distinct flavour and aroma, and a long-lasting creamy head. It differs from the other black beers on the market because it is richer in extract, more full-bodied and with a more complex (almost fruity), not-so-roasted taste and aroma."

200 ml bottle, from a minimarket in Funchal. ABV is 5.0%. Black colour, moderate tan head. Moderate roasty aroma, hints of coffee and dark chocolate. Smooth flavour, with the same elements. Nice enough to drink, but has no real «personality».

Black, tanned lacing foam head. Light aroma, some chocolate notes. Taste is OK, but bit watery aftertaste. Light caramel and chocolate, not too strong. (Velp 201602)

Black opaque with brown foamy head. Vegetably malty aroma with weak hints of roast. Flavour of weak vegetably malt, along wit weak chocolate. Not very stouty in my opinion...

Bottle. Very dark with ruby hues. Large tan head. Nice chocolate aroma. A bit thin bodied, and it needs more alcohol, but quite a nice malty, chocolatey, coffee taste.
