Bottle, from the Across The Nation collaboration pack. From its origin in Belgian mines, the Grisette style makes its way from mineral-rich Northwest Territories to the bottle. Made with spelt, this ancient recipe pays tribute to the mining heritage of Canada’s North.

Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a white froth head, good stay and some foamy waves. Mild sour nose which is pretty nice with a blend of lemon, grainy malts and sweet yeast. The taste is mild with the citrus notes, grain, mineral water and yeast. Kind of like a Saison but with less grassy hops in it. Quite a nice refreshing twist on this light beer.
