Pours a clean, rich golden colour with a frothy warm cap, good retention and creamy-foamy lacing. Nice fresh grassy hop aromas and the sweetness of Belgian Ale yeast at first. Then, some nice fruity notes come out. The taste has a nice sweet fruitiness as well at first, with some hops showing in the finish. Maybe a little too much hops for a Saison that seemed to have a good start.
