Been waiting a while to try this, and it was worth it! Easily the best local IPA. Poured a clear, rich copper beneath a creamy ivory head. Not a thick head, but most resiliant it was. Aroma was enticingly hoppy. The flavour had enough hop bitterness to complement the smooth finish, My palate was pleased.
