Part of Across the Nation East mixed pack, 355ml can. Pours an average size foamy white head, some bubbly patchy lacing. Has a pale golden appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas of grains, malted barley, hints of wheat and herbs. Flavours are somewhat sweet, some grainy and barley notes, herbs and subtle grassy notes as well. A little bit of fruitiness in the finish, subtle berry hints. Mild and crisp mouthfeel. Medium retention.

Sunflower seeds in a beer... interesting. As well as Spelt. Pours an unfiltered golden colour with very tiny particles. The head disappears quickly leaving no lacing. Nice citrus nose of Saison with the orange notes and sweeter yeast, with the hints of ancient grains. The taste has less of these, but the orange notes are as present. Yeast lingers. Another good collaboration and interesting Saison.
