A slow mashed, hand produced beverage, with a continental hop presence. The resulting beer has a refreshing and spicy flavour that the drinker will immediately love. A real crafted lager, bottom fermented with pilsner yeast. This tasty beer is cellar conditioned the continental way and chilled at zero degrees before bottling and shipping to outlets

Looks very pale in bottle, but poors with decent lasting, lacing white foam head. Aroma is hop dominated, tastes quite bitter. Some fruit tones. Appers a strong beer. (Cardiff 201312)

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks DB!). Golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is bready, but sweet malts along with mild grains, hay and some slight honeyish notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with a rather grassy finish.
