A déguster bien fraîche !

it's a amber beer with a little foam that disappear quickly. it smells strawberries and sweety aroma, in mouth it's quite biterness, spicy with some touch of flower, violet but not stroberry like the odor.not very long on the palate but quite fragrant.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and unpasteurized cloudy deep brown with reddish tones coloured Bitter with half a finger beige foamy head that had a low retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is strong aromatic floral hops and caramel malts. The flavour is caramel malts, flowery, violet, spicy, licorice and a point of pepper, and a floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is a bit sweety. This light to medium bodied ale has a spicy and bitter finish. A pleasant and tasting Bitter.
