    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle. Poured a highly gushing unfiltered and opaque cloudy amber-orange coloured Wit with a good two fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention and many big bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. Many floating sediments. The aroma is strong wheat malts, yeast, sourish fruits, citrus, apples. The flavour is wheat malts, yeast, spicy, coriander, cinnamom, nutmeg, a point of pepper and fruity, citrus, apples. The mouthfeel is sparkling and quite thin. This light bodied Wit has a long sourish finish. A nice start in the world of brewing for this newcomer locating in a French desert region, Le Causse.
