Anomaly is a delicious deviation from the norm, yet reminiscent of a Belgian Quadrupel. For 2019 we refreshed Anomaly’s label and bottled it in 500 mL bottles. 2019 Anomaly was aged in freshly emptied American Oak bourbon barrels from four different distilleries. Anomaly has assertive bourbon character tempered by time and evokes notes of dark fruit, sweet vanilla, and coffee. Hints of candied sugar and clove peek through toasted malts in this lovingly blended 2019 Barrelholder release.
