Beside being dry hoped with Simcoe, it combines two the newest hops! When you see a hop that has HBC ### it means this hop is so new that it has no name, so unlike you it’s just a number! Brewed with loads of oats and high protein malts for an hazy looking and creamy mouthfeel neipa. Generously hopped with different hops in each batch. This #39 is hopped with Simcoe, HBC 431 & HBC 586.

Aromas of citrus, blended with cilantro herbal garden freshness, mineral notes and hints of spiciness. Hazy, cloudy golden colour with amber hues. The head is frothy, off-white, average retention and some light lace. Orange juice base in the flavours with a sharper, spicy finish from the hops. Wet mouthfeel with just enough dryness in the finish. Some tangy notes continue on the tongue. It like smooth start, and hoppy HBC lab hops in the end. Still pretty good.
