Our Caboose IPA edition beers are a special kind, they will most likely differ from one batch to another. The concept is to play around with different blends of hops while keeping the same malt profile and yeast. Hops are the star of the show !

Bottle from the brewery, now written 7.0%ABV on label. Pours a clean light amber colour with a golden hue. Nice head that stays a while and creates some great lacing. Citrus aromas with mild pine and tea notes. Some light grass in the taste holding the whole way with some nice malt and citrus. Good bitterness, but not a hop bomb, which makes this a beautiful classic IPA (which you don't see much nowadays).

At the May 24th Ottawa Brewery Market. Pours a frothy beige head and has an amber appearance. Pretty good lacing. Aromas are quite hoppy, nice citrus and floral hop notes. Flavours are mainly citrus hops, oranges and with notes of malts. A little bit of resin hops and grassy hints. Quite crisp and hoppy bitterness but still smooth and easy to drink ipa, especially if you're not a fan of bitter hoppy ipa's.
