Funky blender is a fermented and aged and vintage oak wine barrels with our complex house yeast culture. For this blend of funky blender, we added fresh whole fruit at a rate of about 2 lb per gallon. After the fruit has been allowed to fully integrate into the beer, we dry hop with the best hops we can get our hands on. This allows not only the fruit, but the dry hop as well, to shine all while allowing the subtleness of the base beer to come through

Pours hazy daffodil with no head. Aroma delivers grapefruit, other citrus, a stonefruit hint. Flavor contributes tart & sour grapefruit and stonefruit. Texture generates nice body and peppy fizz. Do the funky blender.
