(Cresthaven & Chardonnay 10/1/20) We almost didn't make this beer this year but a couple of you personally reached out to me about how much they loved the 2019 blend, and thank you for doing so! It was a small test blend, you might have missed it. The beer is incredible soft, light and refreshing. This blend is about 60% peaches and 40% Chardonnay grapes, both from Palisade, CO

Pours hazy daffodil with a fair ivory head. Aroma furnishes tart citrus and stone fruit. Flavor has tart citrus, stone, peach & grapefruit notes. Texture yields good body and lively fizz. Worth preserving.
