Dandelion, is our seasonal farmhouse ale brewed with local hand-picked dandelions. We tweaked a favorite farmhouse ale recipe to allow the dandelions to be the showcase and added them to the end of the brewing process. We then fermented an aged this new farmhouse ale and oak barrels for several months and loved the results. The dandelions create an earthy complexity that is subtle but unique to our lineup of beers

Pours clear daffodil with a fair eggshell head. Aroma features tart citrus and stone plus - dandelion. Flavor offers seriously tart fruit, mostly citrus, plus fresh dandelion. Texture gives decent body & peppy fizz. Dandy - no lyin'.
