It has been a long time since I had this beer and it is one of my all time favorites. When I was visiting hobart I was lucky enough to drink this stuff and it was very good, makes me want to just move there.

Ahh the local southern Tasmanian beer of choice. A fruity old beer, with a classic amber appearance. Pours a nice minimal head off tap that lingers until the last swig. Smells..well fruity to say the least, rolls over the tongue with ease, a nice, smart blend of flavour and just a bit of bitterness that reminds you what you're drinking. Too be honest, as this beer is the staple drink of any local of course i will drink it, but i prefer a less fruity beer such as Cascade Pale Ale if i'm going to be fussy. Definitely worth it.

Apparently this is only availible in Tasmania, and its the state's highest selling beer. Its my main drink at any pub, as you will get an honest good drink. A few times it has tasted like nothing but filth, but i dont blame the beer, more the bar staff. Ganerally very easy to drink, has a nice bitter taste that makes you licks your lips and say good job Tassie! Definately above average in the scheme of things.
