We start with a rich malty, and very dark beer, and add in a healthy dose of freshly roasted espresso beans. The result is a beer that has layers of flavors that unfold as the beer warms in your glass. SENSORY PROFILE Dark and rich, this beer expresses the flavors and aromas of dark roasted malts as well as the dark roasted espresso beans used in the brewing process. The hops play a back up roll to the intense up front flavors of the malts. FOOD PAIRING This beer screams out for a thick piece of chocolate cake. Use the Espresso Stout to pair with rich deserts and cheese plates.
