This is quite possibly the best brew from the Capitol City franchise. It pours a solid golden-orange in colour with a thin tan head. The aroma is pine and citrus, with some sweet malt. The flavour is well balanced. The hops aren't as overpowering as they could be.

Another awesome brew from the folks at Capitol City. I've not had a bad beer there - ever. This one has a really nice hoppy flavor and smooth finish with just enough bite to let you know it's an IPA.

Clear amber. Ok head. The aroma is definitely hoppy, although it goes more the way of christmas tree sappiness instead of the juicy fruit hops of the Pale Rider. The flavor is fairly rich pale malt sweetness with a hot hop bitterness to back it up. The hops are very fresh tasting, must be dry hopped. Definitely an IIPA, but still pretty balanced.
