Aged for 6 months in Jamaican rum barrels, this Ale is infused with the flavor of the Caribbean. Toasted caramel malt is perfectly complemented by the dark rum character imparted from the barrel aging.

Quite possibly the best Brown Ale ever... A PfoxyJohn offering. Brown pour (duh) with a a short lived light beige head, spots of lacing. Nice and malty sweet upfront in the nose and flavors, subtle at first, then as it warms the rum shows up, and light oak and vanilla, and brown sugars, and more malts and some nuts. Then more rum. This thing is sneaky indeed. Very well received at our mini tasting. Arrrr, thank ye matey, Cap'n PfoxyJohn.
