    Bottle (2003). Hazy orange brown colour, mediumsized white head. Cantillonish sourness with some other berries. Same in flavour. Good as all Cantillons, but felt quite easy to drink, just like the Red Currant one (Groseille).

    Bottle, RBESG 2007 in Glasgow, Grand Tasting. Hazy deep golden colour. Intense and complex aroma of gooseberries, vinous notes, farmhouse and oak. Intense sour and lemony flavour, notes of sour gooseberries.
