750 ml corked and capped green bottle, as Cantillon Cuvée Saint-Gilloise. Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5%. Dry hopped with Hallertauer (which Hallertauer?) hops. Hazy golden to deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of farmhouse / brettanomyces, pediococcus and lemons. Lemony and tart / astringent flavour, quite dry, hints of oak. Farly distinct herbal hops in the finish.

Bottled@Uusi Apteekki, Turku. Hazy golden colour with a small head, that settles into a small creamy one. Aroma is a typical Cantillon sour/tart wooden and earthy notes along with some mild floral and malty notes. Rather crisp and rich biting carbonation compared to many others.
