Like the king of the Dinosaurs this IPA has a huge presence and won’t be ignored. Cameron’s Jurassic IPA is the latest creation from our award-winning brewing team. A golden hue greets the eyes while the nose is welcomed with citrus, grapefruit and mango aromatics thanks to the well balanced use of citra, summit and simcoe hops. Jurassic IPA starts simple but becomes more complex with each sip. The body’s clean effervescence bubbles forth with juicy vibrant fruit tones and finishes crisp and clean. “When creating Jurassic IPA we set our sights on making the best IPA in the market, the choicest hops was used to make this king of the beast,” describes Jason Britton, Cameron’s Brewmaster. The beer pours a dark golden colour with red hues, slight haze, and a frothy white cap which lasts a few minutes. The aroma is citrus, grass, some weak tropical hints, caramel, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly creamy, with average carbonation. The flavour is light caramel, toasted malt, weak citrus, and yeast. The finish is mildly bitter but not overpowering. -

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a nice big frothy off-white head and has a slightly hazy orangey appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Moderate carbonation. Good retention. Aromas of citrus and floral hops, bready malt, cereal, pine. Flavours are mostly citrus and pine, some light tropical notes. Some nice hoppy bitterness, not overly done. Pretty good.

Pours a light-hazy, golden colour with an orange hue. The head is frothy, warm, off-white, long lasting with full thick foam lacing. Big grapefruit aromas with some grassy notes. The taste has the grapefruit as well with some nice bitterness. A dry finish that does not linger too much. Some bitter notes come back mildly. This is a pretty strong bitter, fruity IPA for this brewery. Shows a little juiciness, but not a NEIPA.
