We are pleased to offer our Into the Shade, Silver Medal winner at the Ontario Craft Brewing Awards. Cameron’s Into the Shade Saison has endured a higher fermentation temperature than your average beer, combined with special yeast and hops to create a thirst-quenching Saison. Traditionally Saisons were made for farm workers to keep hydrated in the summer, so Cameron’s invites you to slip on into the shade. Into the Shade Saison is a pale orange and hazy in colour. The tastes of stone fruit, lemon and yeast-driven flavours blend together to give off a refreshingly tart taste with spicy aromas. At 5.2% abv. and 29 BUs, this thirst quenching Saison is a complement to salads, washed-rind cheeses or Thai cusine.

Part of their Brewmaster's Selcetion 4-pack. Pours a clear golden colour with a white head, good stay and lots of lacing. Beautiful sugary aromas with some fruity notes and the Saison yeast. The taste is not as sweet, but almost sour but with lots of grain in the finish with spices. Not a bad brew, but nothing really special.

The beer pours a hazed yellow gold with a quarter inch white head which recedes to small rocky islands. The aroma is yeast, grass, citrus, and some funk. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tart grains, tropical fruit, yeast, and citrus. Good beer by Cameron.
