Crushable with a light sweetness that finishes with a satisfying balance, Cameron’s First Light Session Lager this lager can quench your thirst while still being a beer. “Smooth, crisp, clean and dry, First Light may not be the first time you’ve had a light lager, but after your first glass we think that you will agree that it is crushable day or night,” describes Jason Britton, CAMERON’s Brewmaster.

Can from LCBO. Pours a fairly big foamy white head and has a clear straw coloured appearance. Big soapy lacing. Aromas of hay, grass, grains and wheats. Flavours are pretty similar to aromas, maybe a little bit sweeter, malty and grassy. Dry mouthfeel.

Pours a clean light-golden colour with a frothy white head, decent stay and very nice dirty lacing. Cereal grain aromas with hints of wet hay and sweet maltiness. Some medical notes come in after a while from the hops, that does not give a natural feel, unlike the malts. The taste has the maltiness, like bread notes with a touch of honey. Remind me of the malty, honey-hinted low-alcohol beers, but this one has 4% ABV. so not the best for a light brew.
