Early pioneers assembled for social gatherings at the gristmill on 12 Mile Creek to enjoy food, drinks and tell stories of their travels and adventures. This is our inspiration for a new, innovative style of beer that is adventurous and flavourful. A unique fusion of spirited new world hops balanced with a special lager yeast creates a cultured body with tropical fruit and citrus notes. This India Pale Lager is ideal for both IPA and Lager aficionados.

Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a creamy warm cap, good retention and some nice lace. Citrus aromas with lots of the peel from them, forming a sharp edge. The taste is also the citrus fruits with hints of grassiness. The mouthfeel is refreshing with all that citrus. Quite nice overall.

From the Brewmasters series 4pk. Pours a huge frothy white head and has a fairly clear yellow/golden appearance. Some pretty thick dirty lacing remains. Aromas of grassy and piney type hops. Flavours are grassy and some subtle citrusy notes. Some nice fruity notes in the finish. Good retention. Slick mouthfeel. Lively carbonation.
