Light, but with pronounced hoppiness. Fresh, slightly on a sour note. Highly hoppy nose, but short bitter aftertaste. A surpsisingly lot of beer for its low alcohol content. [Real Ale]

Amber colored draft with fast dissapearing foam head. Doesn't take time to settle. Bitter taste with some fruits far away. Bitter aftertaste, but not unpleasant. Nice experience (London 201111)

My first beer consumed in the U.K. since August 1974, enjoyed at "The Six Bells" in West Drayton. I was taken aback by the warmish temperature of this one at first before I remembered where I was; then it was all good. Clear, copper-hued body under a slim white head. Mild aroma, some grapefruit-like citrus and hop notes. Bitter flavour, but not like a West Coast IPA. Smooth mouthfeel, with a bitter-sour finish. Must enjoyable, and the price was pleasing as well.

Pretty good IPA, though I might venture to say a bit below average for some of the things on offer in the UK. Not as bitter as I would like. Stronger malts than expected for a beer of this abv. Biscuity. Floral, bit of a bitter grapefruit in there perhaps, but not sure about the grapefruit part, just unripe fruit type bitterness. Perhaps interpreted as acidity. The light carbonation makes it easy drinking, however I will choose other options when available. Perhaps "Swift One" if you can get it

An excellent beer in all respects, and deserving of one of the top selling beers in the United Kingdom. It pours a clear golden yellow with a hige white head. The aroma is floral hops with some biscuity malts. The taste is refreshing, clean, and crisp with a nice balance between the malt and hops.

The beer poured a translucent golden colour with reddish hues, and a thin rocky head that lasted a while. The aroma was biscuity malt with ample hoppage. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was primarily hoppy with some grass in the mix, and some pleasant spiciness. A very good beer. -

Pours a clear gold with a nice big frothy white head. A thin layer of foam stays on top for quite a while leaving some nice lacing. Aroma is good with some caramel and nice fruity notes . Taste is slight caramel with a nice hoppy finish. Good clean medium mouthfeel with low cdarbonation. Pretty good.

Rich golden color,a very pleasant and refreshing beer.moderately hopped blending nicely with the malt.I would call it a conservative IPA but nonetheless a very good example of balance and dryness,a good and simple beer.

Slightly differing abv on the bottled version and the cask version , but both very hoppy and very refreshing , a darkened gold colour with a nice tight head , as you'd expect plenty of hoppy and fruity flavours with a light body . Very Very drinkable

Golden colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is grass, hay and some malts. Flavour is bitter hayish and very grassy. Not very pleasant, and very dry. Not even on a warm day.

A very decent Scots Pale Ale. Much better then most faux IPA's back in Canada. Little bit of head and very pale apperance. Very dry with a hint of bitterness on the aftertaste. Overall a very decent IPA
