Open the can and take a whiff…The nose is cold peach pie. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a medium white head that disappears leaving some faint lacing. Mouth feel is again light to medium with notes of… you guessed it PEACHES. The one month rest on chopped fresh Ontario peaches with skins on, has left the flavour infused not added. The salt and tartness are a wonderful balance to the muted sweet like quality of the peach. Summer is here.
