Created by a monster hop schedule; this West Coast American Style IPA has plenty of up front hop bitterness as wave after wave of citrus and piney flavours continually wash over your pallet. A smaller grain bill and shorter boil time give this liquid gem its lower ABV and IBU; making it complex, flavourful, and sessionable. 2015 Stats ABV: 5.5% IBU: 60

Enjoyed at Pub Italia. Pours a cloudy beige off-white head, with good creamy lacing. Orange aromas with other citrus peel. Quite bitter from the citrus peel again, with a lingering dryness. Quite an overall bitter IPA with more of the citrus side of things, over herbal. Very nice !!

On tap at Pub Italia. Arrived with very little head but still had some decent sticky lacing. Has a hazy golden orangey appearance. Aromas of tropical fruits, very citrusy. Flavours are very citrusy, some tropical fruit notes as well as some yeasty hints. Some bready malts too. Quite a lot of bitterness on the palate. Lively carbonation. Good retention. Not a bad IPA.
