500 ml bottle. Poured a clear rich golden amber colored ale with a three fingers white creamy foamy head, with tons of micro bubbles, that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is rich fruity hops, notes of pine, fruits, citrus, may be orange. The flavour is mild sweety malts, notes of caramel and toffee, fruity, citrus, spicy, a touch of pepper, floral hops. The mouthfeel is creamy and crispy. A well-done balance. This light bodied ale has a long fruity and bitter finish. A very nice, tasting and refreshing ale.

Cask. Slightly hazy orange colour with mediumsized foamy/bubbly white head. Aroma is berries, caramel malts, some mild doughy notes as well as floral notes. Flavour is quite much the same with some herbal and biscuity notes. 6 6 5 5 5
Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Goldeny orange colour with mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is caramel malts, mild spicyness as well as quite strong floral and sweet wooden notes. Flavour is bready and caramelly malts along with some mild fruityness, floral notes as well as some herbal notes. Quite rich carbonation, which tickles the tongue. 5 5 6 5 5. -

Was bought in Scotland for me. Pours a mildly-hazy golden-amber colour with a creamy-soapy slightly off-white head that has good retention and beautiful lacing. Big hoppy nose with notes of grass, citrus (mostly orange but some lemon) and even a little honey. I even smell a some toasted bread in there. Quite a wonderful nose overall. Crisp mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Good grainy malt taste with the hop showing up, but not too bitter, and given this brew a swell dry finish. Flavours are less punchy than its aromas, but that is just fine, making this one a very well-balanced session ale.

Pours out in a hazy dark golden colour with a small white head. Crisp aroma of cookies, leafy hops and grass. Medium to light-bodied with touches of biscuity and buttery malts with hints of grassy hops. Rather bitter finish of grass and biscuits.

Cask conditioned at the 32nd Cambridge Beer Festival, gravity dispense. Golden colour, moderate natural carbonation. Lovely INTENSE hoppy aroma - fruits (citrus), honey, flowers. Flavour is extremely pleasant and well balanced with a citrussy hoppiness throughout. One of the best session beers I’ve had.
