I actually picked up the 3.2 version of this beer in my local grocery store. They've since stop selling it as it is only supposed to be available in CA and the eastern seaboard. Even the 3.2 Cabana tastes like the real thing. A crisp, refreshing taste that leaves you wanting another. A great beer for a summer barbecue, or just when you want a cool one. Brewed in El Salvador, this is definitely one of the best "mexican style" beers I have tried.

Horrible beer. Actually was SLIGHTLY O.K. to drink. But this was before I found shards of glass in the beer! This is no joke. I actually spit out shards of glass! Three to be exact. I took a few sips before actually realizing it. When drinking it, I spit out something without thinking about anything, but then on the second swig, I pulled out two more shards of glass from my mouth! This is a quote: I WILL NEVER DRINK THIS BEER AGAIN FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. That is a promise I intend to keep. Fuck Cabana.

This was not anything special. The aroma was pure skunkiness and had no other characteristics. The color was a very light, pale yellow that you could see right through. The mouthfeel was admirable but not special and was very light and very simple. The flavor was grainy and skunky and very dry but did finish a little smooth. Overall, this beer just does not measure up and is a poor example of Latin-American beer, namely, El Salvadorian beer.

This beer has a very, very pale body and is topped by a thick, white, fizzy head that disappears very quickly. There isn't much lacing left behind either. The aroma is sour and bitter with hay or straw like notes. There is also a slight skunkiness in the background. What little flavor there is, is slightly sweet and grassy with a slight bitterness. There really isn't much flavor at all. Very light bodied and watery yet dry.
