Traditional Norwegian farmhouse ale in Voss style (haimabrygg). Brewed with juniper-infused water for a hint of forest. Given a long boil for caramelization. Fermented using kveik-yeast from Sigmund Gjernes in Voss, which gives fruity notes of orange and citrus.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow to orange colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of yellow stonefruits. The flavour has first slightly sweet notes of yellow stonefruits, followed by a fairly distinct and sharpish hop bitterness, dry aftertaste.
