Brought back a few bottles from a trip to the brewery in Regina, and forgot I had them hiding in the back of the fridge. This one sounded like an intersting one - combining 3 different wine grapes and aged with oak. Comes in a 650ml brown bottle with the generic Bushwakker label. Pours into my wine glass a clear, reddish pink color. Small head of pink foam, but quickly disappeared, lots of tiny carbonation bubbles. First impression is of a wine cooler. Aroma is sugary sweet, fruity red wine smell. The taste is like a sweet red wine, dry finish. Mouthfeel is highly carbonated like a soda. I haven't tried Bushwakker's other meads, so really don't have anything to compare it to.
