The Burren Black is a Stout that does not have to fear the competition of a certain other black stuff. It is smooth and full-bodied., with a creamy crown of froth on top - and definitely alive inside ! A heavenly drink.

568 ml, on tap at the brewery, no bottling line. Poured in a tulip pint glass an absolutely opaque and black coloured Stout with a one finger tan and creamy foamy head that had no end and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is creamy, huge roasted malts, coffee beans and spicy, vanilla. The flavour is creamy milk, roasted malts, light rosted coffee beans, spicy, vanilla, and a light burnt touch. The mouthfeel is creamy and amazing smooth. The texture is watery. This light bodied Dry Stout has a dry roasted malts finish. This Burren Black can easyly compete with all the existing Stouts, even the more famous in the world !
